Gang Starr released ‘The Ownerz’ album in 2003, but the reunion proved short-lived, leaving back-catalog collections such as Mass Appeal: The Best of Gang Starr (2006) to fill the void. The track "Same Team, No Games" is featured in DJ Premier's playlist for the 2015 video game NBA 2K16. The Track "The Squeeze" is previously featured on the Training Day Soundtrack.
